Wo finde ich die Num-Taste für InDesign auf der kleinen Tastatur ohne Nummernblock
Ohne diese Taste kann z.B. beim Absatzformat kein Tastenkürzel programmiert werden.
Im Voraus besten Dank für einen guten Rat.

That is correct. You need a numeric keypad to be able to assign keyboard shortcuts.
