Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I am using Lightroom Desktop (cloud-based) on macOS 26.6 (Apple silicon).GoalCreate a local backup of the original RAW files for approximately 13,000 cloud photos.Steps to reproduce1. LR Mobile 11.4.20 - iPhone 17PM - iOs 26.5.2  Just completed the latest LR Mobile update and went to work. Immediately I noticed that I cannot make any fine cropping adjustments. Image in crop mode jumps to +/-50 and straight back to zero. Nothing in-between, unfortunately.

Right now, if my display isn’t 1000 nits or whatever, HDR highlights above the available headroom are simply clipped, which makes the image look ugly.I can understand why this might be useful in Edit mode for a more “accurate” view, but in View mode I think the image should be tone-mapped to fit the display.Interestingly, Lightroom for web already works this way: when viewing pictures, the highlights are properly compressed (at least on Chrome), while Edit mode looks the same as the native apps and remains clipped.It would be nice to be able to properly view HDR photos on displays that don’t have a bazillion nits of brightness, including EDR iPads and MacBooks (and other displays) at high brightness, where the available HDR headroom can be quite small.

My mobile LR's subject detection fails to work since few days ago, probably starting from last update. It does not even work on simple portraits (see attached, emoji and rectangle drawn on screenshot only). 

Long time LR classic (windows 11 w/ networked 25T NAS) and med term LR cc user (on an iPad when shooting and on road) who has successfully been able to import, visualize, and edit pictures on both platforms using the synched feature and Adobe Cloud Storage. The work flow is 1)import pictures from my Canon camera directly into a new folder in LR classic and onto the 25T NAS with the same folder name for permanent storage with a copy to a 4T external HD (with additional redundancy by weekly automatic upload into the Amazon Glacier S3 Cloud Storage). 2) create a collection (same name) from the new folder  and sync to Adobe Cloud Storage (1T). 3) I edit on any device (windows computer, IPad,iphone, web) and all are synched.  Problem is when I go the other way when I'm on the road shooting and want to edit before i arrive home. I have just migrated my desktop lightroom classic catalogue to lightroom cloud and think I've made a big mistake. I've lost the album and referencing system for the photos remaining on the desktop. Is there a fix for this please? I have managed with collections and folders on the desktop with Lightroom Classic for over 10 years, and never had significant issues apart from speed with large catalogues. I have now take the plunge and gone to lightroom on the cloud thinking that everything would be synced across all devices, but now see that only the folder view remains on the desktop, and this does not replicate the cloud view of albums (previously collections) . It is also taking an inordinate amount of time doing the first sync . I have a fairly high spec desktop but it is going at a snails pace. Is there a work round for replicating the album structure from cloud to device without having to re- download everything that has been uploaded? Any ideas please? Or is there a good manual avai

All I want is to increase the font size of items in the menu bar.   NOT ALL TEXT. JUST THE MENU BAR. The one at the top of the page. They are things like FILE, EDIT, HELP, etc. I do NOT need to know how to enlarge type on the screen. I can do that. I simply cannot see the menu bar well even with glasses. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

Large, high-res screens are obviously great for photography but the text on the panels does get quite small in the process.  For the most part the small fonts are not an issue, however when it comes to the exposure and related data it’s helpful to see that information at a quick glance.  To this end I offer the following as an alternate way to display that information so the numbers are larger and easier to view at a glance.  It also has the side benefit of requiring less vertical space.  

There used to be an edit replay feature that showed your edits from start to finish and made a nifty little video. It also provided Lightroom with free advertising. Win/win.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is listed as an HDR-compatible device (Android 16 or later) on Adobe's official support page (https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/hdr-android.html). When searching, for example a certain focal length, the results vary based on if you click on a suggested tag, or if you write it all on your own and press search.  For example.I have an album with 417 photos. 29 of then are taken with Nikon 300mm f4 lens. The information page shows the correct infromation of the lens.That is "300 mm (300.0 mm f/4.0)" When I try to use the search bar, I get results in this way: "300mm" 0 photos."300 mm" 0 photosWriting "300 mm" but instead of pressing search, I click the recommended tag that says "300 mm" 417 photos"300.0mm" 0 "300.0 mm" 29 Writing "300.0 mm" it will not give a recommended tag for "300.0", instead it gives a tag "300.0 mm f/4.0" and clicking it will give 0 photos"300.0 mm f/4.0" 29  Other forms of "300.0 mm f/4.0" with "300mm" or "300 mm", "300.0mm", "f/4" Etc, will give 0 photos or all 417, but I think that is as it's supposed to be. So basically the tags do not work and searching for focal lengths doesn't work correctly. I am using the same cRAW files I used prior to updating to Tahoe iOS, and it just doesn’t work now. I thought it just needed more time to clear up photo, but that does not seem to be the case.
