App not responding

Hello adobe,

since Update to 12.2.1, the last Update, Lightroom Classic crashes reproducible when i try to use the crop Tool. The Crasi is completely unti Windows kills the App, because it is nor responding. 

I am  running Windos 10 with all Updates, and had to Uninstall the updated LrC and then installed previous Version via CC Clud App. The previous Version is OK when using Crop!!!!

This ist the first Time for me to see a compleately fail with LrC Updates.

Please report this to Your Staff!

 

I wait until the next release an try again then...

Hi Rick,

My Mail Adress is as in the past. I think, a Crash report was sent to Microsoft. LrC was completaly unusuable after the crash. I have tried  at least 3 Times, it alwas crashed. Because of the disturbed Screen, i think of Driver Probelms with my nvidia Card. So i updatet it, and try again.

The change from 12.2 to 12.2.1 would not have caused anything that would crash a system. It is likely unrelated to the update. 

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?
