Lightroom Classic hace reiniciar mi PC Blue screen

Cuando utilizo LR Clasicc en modo Biblioteca o Revelar y navego por los comandos y hace que en  mi Pc aparezca la pantalla azul de error y se reinicie. Desinstale e instale pero el problema persiste. Agradezco me ayuden a solucionar el problema. gracias

A mi me pasaba exactamente lo mismo hasta que un día se dañó la tarjeta de video, le puse una nueva y después seguía haciendo lo mismo, será que es lightroom forza demasiado mi tarjeta de video?, se me va a pantalla azul más frecuente cuando estoy editando por muchas horas usando el denoise y otras funciones de IA de lightroom, hasta se oye que el ventiflador del cpu empieza a girar más rápido

Please read the advice above in this thread. AI functions do put a lot of stress on certain parts of the PC, sometimes those parts can't handle the stress.

Blue screen is a hardware malfunction or a bad driver. You need to reinstall all drivers, and also run diagnostics on all your hardware (including the cooling system).

Hi there,

That should not be happening, blue screen is a counter measure by operating system it usually occurs if there is a hardware or a driver issue. Could you please try turning off the GPU option from Lightroom's preferences?
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

 

Also, what operating system and Lightroom version are you working with?

a mi me pasa exactamente lo mismo , ya probe varias soluciones y ninguna funciona , desmarque el procesador grafico desde preferencias y me sigue reiniciando el equipo con pantalla azul , me pasa solo al usar lightroom o photoshop , cuando uso otro programa , juegos o aplicaciones no lo hace , solo al usar algun programa de adobe , tengo actualizados todos los drivers , lightroom y photoshop tambien actualizados
