If i update/add to lightroom albums do the auto sync with adobe portfolio?

If i update/add to lightroom albums do the auto sync with adobe portfolio?

do they bothe sync as in change cover pic, names, captions and if i add images to the lightroom albums will it match it on portfolio? or do i have to update manually every time and then the date stamp and order on website changes
