i export pictures from my phone to the lightroom cloud so i can edit them from my PC. usually +-20 pictures at 2.5mb. recently only some of the pictures upload to the cloud. i would then have to login to lightroom web and delete the sync issues. and try upload again. repeat this process untill they all reflect.
this issue started when i used an alternate camera app that saved pictures in raw, and a large size. i did not continue using the app. but the probelm remained.
pictures are saved in jpeg and and average 2.5mb; using the standard samsung app as before. i use a samsung S25.

Do the issues go away after clearing the Sync Issues folder in Lightroom Web? If not, could you share a few more details? For example, are you syncing images from Lightroom Mobile to Lightroom Desktop, or to Lightroom Classic? Can you double-check that the apps are all up to date?

hi @Aleke so once i clear the sync issue folder, ill try upload the balance of the pictures. some will upload, others wont. but if i dothis process enough time all the pic will eventually upload.
the way i upload images would be to highlight them from the gallery and "share to the lightroom app" its the same process ive used for about 5 years. All the apps are up to date.

Sorry for the delayed response, and thank you for sharing the additional details! We recently released updates for all apps. Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this issue after updating to the latest version 9.0?

Hi Srishti. lightroom was updated. it still has the sync issue after the update. i have tried uploading to the cloud from the lightroom mobile app. it still only sends some pictures. if i delete the pictures in the sync error folder, and re-upload them. then it uploads. this is not a solution though.

Thanks for sharing the update. Please update to the latest version of Lightroom mobile. In Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, please ensure you have backups for the images.
After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.
