Magenta - the bane of my existence - Any suggestions on how to better deal with the magenta?

These are screenshot of an image edited in lightroom. I used the magenta and pink sliders to reduce the magenta, as well as some point colour. There is still a hard link of magenta running down the nose. By removing the pink, i am left with weird shaped white shapes on his face. I tried a few different things and failed. I did not use colour grading. 

Any suggestions? 

Does anyone have any good advice on how to handle this type of magenta hot spot?
