"Something went wrong" Error message

Hi All,

I've had a problem with lightroom mobile for about a year where im completely unable to get in - i get the following message.

I've been using Lightroom CC on my laptop and transferring to phone via the online gallery access - however it would be SO useful to have mobile up and running again.

Ive tried downloading this app on my previous phone, and i get the same message there too... is there anyone that knows how to get this fixed?
