Our latest release, as part of the Content Authenticity Initiative (https://contentauthenticity.org/), allows you to add content credentials to your work when exporting in Lightroom to ensure provenance and preserve authenticity.   New content credential capabilities are available across the Lightroom ecosystem (Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom for mobile (iOS & Android), Lightroom for web), and Adobe Camera Raw in Early Access. When exporting a JPEG from Lightroom, you can attach your name, social media handle, and a list of edits via a digital signature.   You can find the option to apply Content Credentials while exporting a JPEG in the export panel. It is, by default, turned OFF.

Adobe Lightroom currently does not appear to provide a true light interface option for the full application workspace. Although background or viewing-area settings can be adjusted in some cases, the main interface, including the side panels, top bar, browsing area, and tool panels, remains predominantly dark. This creates usability difficulties for users who prefer or require a light interface, especially during prolonged photo organization and editing sessions. A light interface option would improve visual comfort, accessibility, and consistency with system-level appearance settings on macOS. I kindly request that Adobe consider adding a full light mode option to Lightroom, allowing users to choose between dark, light, and system-matched appearance settings. This would make Lightroom more flexible and accessible for different working preferences and visual needs.

Steps to Recreate:     Select a Fish Eye Image  Apply Lens Profile  Turn Distortion control to +100  Select a Linear Gradient and draw on the image (it is easy to see if you hold down shift to ensure horizontal)  With Mask selected, grab either the upper or lower handle and increase or decrease the size of the gradient area  Note: There is a subtle rotation of the gradient clockwise or counterclockwise depending upon the direction of the drag.  Note: the upper or lower boundary of the gradient becomes discontinuousTested Win 10 (nVidia GTX 970 576.2 (5/19/2025)Make a linear gradient then resize it by a good amount. Hi Adobe Support Team, I am reporting a critical issue regarding abnormally high memory usage in the cloud-based Lightroom, which appears to be a memory leak. 1. Summary of the Bug After a standard editing session with high-resolution RAW files, Lightroom's memory consumption climbs to an extremely high level (over 26 GB in my case, as confirmed by Lightroom's own diagnostics). This memory is not released even when the application is idle or minimized. The only way to reclaim the memory is to restart the application completely. 2. Hello, I have started having error messages when using Lightroom and Acrobat. “Error 10000, unable to connect to the server” type message, when my connection is on and other apps to operate (InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge). I am using a Mac running on Sequoia 15.7.5.I am (trying) to use Lightroom 15.3Thanks you for your help solving this problem which is really blocking me professionally.

This would be helpful for product shots (i.e. lighters and torches) that need to be cropped to have the same product height as their previous photos.

I must be missing something obvious. In my Lightroom CC Classic workflow, I frequently create a virtual copy of an image and then make adjustments on the virtual copy. This leaves the original alone and unedited. I've gotten used to that workflow - but now I can't find a way to do the same thing in Lightroom CC. I don't find either a duplicate or a virtual copy menu item - what am I missing?Thanks,Scott

Arrowing through a number of images suddenly this image was overlayed with the previous one. Restarting Lightroom Desktop 9.3 on my MacBook Pro M2 Pro did not fix this. I was able to use the Versions tab to revert the image. Then I started arrowing through again and a minute later the same thing happened to a different image. At the time I wasn’t processing anything heavy on my MacBook, but the fan was running pretty fast so something was going on. A few minutes later and I now can’t duplicate the issue.

After the April 2026 update, the search function seems to have (somehow) gotten worse. I know that the update says it addresses search problems but it seems to have broken things.In all of my photos in Lightroom, I identify people by name and put them into the captions. Prior to this, I could search lightroom and all of this person’s photos would show up. Suddenly I am getting the most BIZARRE results when searching people’s names. The name “Cait” brings back a ton of cat pictures for example - i guess it thinks i am looking for cats? Not everything needs AI. My entire workflow has been disrupted by this, does anyone know how to fix this?

After rotating a radial mask (~25° or more), moving the mask causes it to increase in size with each drag. Translation appears to trigger scaling, making the mask impossible to control.Occurs on macOS using a trackpad (Lightroom Desktop 9.2 and 9.3). I’ve made 54 profiles (not presets) in Camera Raw that I want to import into Lightroom (not classic).Whenever I try, the loading bar appears, the message confirming“54 profiles imported” shows for a second, then nothing. No profiles. Ive done this many many times by now, it never works.Ive checked that they arent hidden.Ive made sure to have a file from the same camera selected while looking for the profiles.Ive restarted LR many times.Ive restarted my PC many times.Ive reinstalled LR.Ive reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud.Ive let it sit for a long time to see if that helps.Nothing I do seem to make the profiles appear.Here is a short video that shows what happens and the lack of profiles afterwards. Hello. I am having error 10000 in Adobe Lightroom. It started about 1 month ago. Basically, there is a message saying that it is not possible to check my subscription. There are two options:- Exit Lightroom- Try again. But if I try again, there is another message asking me to logoff. Important to mention that I am connected to other Adobe Applications, such as Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro.  Basically, if I logoff and login again, it is solved for a couple of days. Then, a few days later, problem happens again. I already reinstalled Lightroom.  Attached you can check messages (sorry, it is in Portuguese).  Version installed is 8.4, and I am using Windows 11. Thank you.

When I turn on HDR while editing on my Pixel 9 Pro, its just a white bright overexposed mess.If I try to edit the same photo on my MacBook, it looks as expected. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a known bug?

I just did an update with my Lightroom Lr (cloud) and now I am having trouble with my exports. I want to set a custom name and have the number sequence after one and other by using "export with previous settings" but its not working I don't know where they are going. I have to do a reset with every image I export. Please help
