Tried to log in to Mixamo to rig a character.

Mind you... I think the last time I logged in to Mixamo was five years ago.

I cannot log in. Every time I try, or if I even vist mixamo.com after logging in to adobe.com, it instantly logs me out with the following message.

"We logged you out due to inactivity for more than 24 hours. Please login again."

Um... I haven't logged in to Mixamo in at least five years, if not more. I generally prefer to do my own rigging and animation, but I thought I would try Mixamo this time.

I can log in to Adobe just fine (obviously). I just can't log in to the one place I want to log into, even if I go straight from Adobe to Mixamo.

Unfortunately, the system is my work computer and it is managed by my company.

However, it does have Firefox, Chrome, and Edge on it and I cleared the cache / cookies, etc. from each browser and tried it before posting up.

I'm going to assume since the system in question is a thin client that it is definitely running through a proxy server, even now.

I guess my question is, what is different about the Mixamo website compared to the main Adobe website? As I said, I can log in (and stay logged in) with no issue.

whats different [from 5 years ago] is Adobe changed their back end servers twice

can you take a copy of this model home from work... around to a mates place or internet cafe?

another option is simply make a new Adobe account... it is free to use Mixamo and only needs an email address to make a personal account but to be blunt most people have moved on to Akeytsu or other 3rd party options now

I could try to get the animations out that way. It's just painful to get them transferred to my work system.

I definitely don't want more than one Adobe account. I have so many work-related accounts right now that I just don't want to add another password to memorize for something that I can find other solutions for.

A third-party software is a no-go, at least for the current project.I couldn't get it approved in time to get it into the pipeline and meet production deadlines. Plus, although I've heard of Akeytsu, I don't have any experience with it so then I end up behind the curve trying to learn a new software for some very basic animations.

I had been considering Cascadeur, but I don't feel like I do enough character animation to legitamize the purchase.

That's why I thought I could just knock out some simple walk cycles and what not with Mixamo. I already rigged the character and created multiple simple animations.. walking, idle, etc... but they are very basic and I wanted something more organic.

I'll figure it out. I appreciate the suggestions.
