Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
hello! This is a newish problem - I've just been dealing with it for the past three versions of Photoshop but now it's really bugging me. When I use the color picker, the color is updating and I can paint normally. But if I want to select a similar color or value in the color widget box, the color USED to update to the current color the eyedropper picked but now it does not. It just stays the same no matter what the eyedropper samples
Would anyone be able to help me figure out this bug?
@CShubert "we see this as well and will have the team look into it" if Adobe knew about this issue in the Beta version why have Adobe rolled out version 25.1 when the issue was clearly NOT fixed.
Why do Adobe constantly push out buggy updates without proper testing.
In the 25.1.0 Release I am experiencing the same lack of functionality in the 'Color' Panel. I reinstalled v 24.7.2 and the color panel behaves normally.
Color wheel dont work properly. I use color picker and nothing changed on the color wheel. Circle on the color wheel dont move to show where color should be.
@Irise Flow please describe the issue you are seeing as well as your sysinfo... do you have the latest Ps beta? Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.3.0 20231116.m.2403 015fdfa arm64
Please understand that our beta distributions and releases follow different processes. While we try to address reported problems as quickly as possible, it's simply not a given that a problem found in a beta while the next release is late in its testing stage will be fixed in that release.
Hello! I am having a problem with the color picker/eyedropper not translating to the color wheel on Photoshop. Whenever I select a color with the eye dropper it shows up in swatches but does NOT change the color wheel to show up on the color wheel. I reset essentials and restarted my computer already and I can't find an answer online. Can somebody help me please?
Hey Cory, sorry for the late reply, the same problem keeps persisting on the normal Photoshop:
Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.1.0 20231016.r.120 ca99df2 x64 Number of Launches: 1104 Operating System: Windows 11 64-bit Version: 11 or greater 10.0.22621.2715 ---
I'm using Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.7.2 simultaneously where the problem isn't present.
Still waiting for a new version to be released with a fix...
Sorry if I sounded pushy. It's not so much of a problem, and yes, this page is for the Betta version, not the regular one, but there are quite a few forum pages already open on the same matter, still waiting for a possible solution.
I understand. Sorry for being pushy that day. I saw many people online with the same problem on the regular version of Photoshop. Should probably uninstall and reset. Or wait to see if gets fixed anytime.
