clicking to start install photoshop beta and nothing is happening.

I bought a new Windows 11 computer solely for the use of the new photoshop beta. I can go to apps in CC, I see the Beta apps tab, though when i click either "try" or "buy" nothing happens. My mouse just hovers over it. Any suggestions?

    Hi @Kenley320150277i1p have you been able to download ANY apps, is it just Ps beta that is not working to download?

    You could try to wipe and again install to make sure you don't have a corrupt file preventing the installation.

     

    If you do have Ps release version, please share your sysinfo.

    Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
