Hi, I am receiving the above message when trying to use generative fill in photoshop 25.9.1. It has been working fine up until now without any issues.
My subscription is via my place of work. My apps are genuine and are installed and updated via the Creative Cloud Desktop tool.

I found out by experiment that it could be a connection issue. I am also on an enterprise account and once I switched my connection to a guest network it worked just fine (just a little slower)

Thanks for posting this! I had already contacted my IT department thinking it was an issue on our end and my next move was contacting Adobe support. It's good to know they're working on it.
