Hej Hannah,

thank you guy for your support & the solution today. I think it solved the issue with the floating Screen somehow, but... something new is happening 😕
I think it depends if I work “with“ or “without“ the graphic-card-support and/or the Application-Frame On/Off (just on MAC).
I am using PS on a MacBookPro here with a Nvidacard on 2screens. I always work in PS on the bigger 2nd screen which is a Wacom-Cintiq:

1. I open a PSD-file here (a test-file orange/yellow)
2. it opens in the upper-left corner – ok so far!
3. i changed the screen-mode (F), and...
4. the the hole canvas appears in a small rectangle in the upper-left corner and the other 3/4 of the canvas is just black and not useable?!! (see screenshot)

RackMultipart20180123719153lbq-766f0f3d-1c49-4285-91e0-0eee2d55959d-2119481548.pngRackMultipart20180123719153lbq-766f0f3d-1c49-4285-91e0-0eee2d55959d-2119481548.png

...thats absolutely useless here. When i switch OFF the graphic-card-support is seams to work fine in the frameless PS. Or i have to switch the PS-Application-Frame ON to use the graphic-card-support again. But use “graphic“ and “frameless“ at the same time it cause this new issue?!

This was not an issue in CC2017!

– help?!

It's a small effort, although I still don't understand the (unique?) way or mode you're working in. Maybe you're using the suggested keys in a wrong order (type f for full screen, then tab - tab to 'kick' the screen, then Shift-tab to hide all auxiliary panels). Unless, you can make and post a video of it, let's give it a rest...

When selecting "Full Screen with Menu Bar" view through the Menu Bar > View > Screen Mode, or with keyboard shortcut "F" the image is not displayed properly.  Looks to be only using 1/4 of my monitor.
Screen captures have specs, the Dell monitor is the main screen.  Going back to Ps CC 2017.  Thought I'd try 2018 to give the new Select Subject feature a try.  I should have known that would be completely useless and that the new release would be full of sloppy code.  Nice work making a professional product Adobe, I'm glad I keep having to pay you every year to make gimmicky tools for amateurs and then deal with your public beta bugs while trying to do my job

I have issues with zooming and navigating at fullscreen mode (with no UI). When i finish zooming, zoom is shifted back to the state it was before zoom until i start navigating. I'm on Win10x64.

I am having same issue. Using Application frame fixes it but I hate Application frame. I will use the tab twice workaround until this is fixed. It's really annoying so I hope it will be fixed soon!

The 19.1.1 update seems to have fixed the issue.
I am pretty impressed with the reaction speed ...

THANK YOU ADOBE! Everything seems to be working again, just like the good old days. That was a pretty quick fix. Thanks for addressing this annoying problem. I'm running a Cintiq 21UX with Macbook Pro Retina 2010 on High Sierra. Great job guys!
