P: Photoshop on iPad crashes at launch (iPadOS 18.3.2)

I have been trying to use Ps on my iPad for many years now and it has never worked! The app crashes on launch dispite all my efforts of offloading/uninstalling, changing region, signing out of CC etc. I've even reset my whole iPad to a clean install and it still do not work!!!

I am posting this in response to my review I left on the App Store, but I'm not holding out much hope to a resolution.

I'm using an iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (5th Generation)
