Photoshop now crash when graphic processor is activated but was working well for the last 6 months

On my laptop with 2 graphic cards (NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER & INTEL UHD GRAPHIC) everything was working very well from the time I installed photoshop (in january 2021) but now, suddenly, Photoshop crash very often. If i disable use graphic processor in photoshop it's work good. If I keep use graphic processor but set Drawing mode to basic then it's work better but not perfect as it's not crash so often but it's still crash time to time.

What can make that photoshop suddenly, after working very well for 6 month, crash all the time with "use graphic processor" enabled ?

For information: 

*) I m on  Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Ver.2009(OS build 19043.1165)
*) I didn't update my nvidia drivers nor the intel graphic drivers from the time I installed photoshop.
*) When photoshop start to crash, I update my NVIDIA drivers to the last one, nothing change
*) Recently I was out of space in my harddrive and photoshop crashed because of this, I don't know if this could change something in the configuration of photoshop. I tried to reset preference in photoshop but this didn't help
*) Recently I installed luminar AI and Portrait pro don't know too if this can have an impact
*) Exept this I have only installed the windows update
