Too much RAM consumption in photoshop 25.11 and more

In photoshop 25.11, the RAM memory consumption is very high and it doesn't work even when closing the documents, when closing photoshop it takes a long time to clear the memory. also with the mixer brush selected the thumbnail of the picel sample is corrupted. i had to install the previous version of photoshop to continue working normally.

Photoshop does not hand memory back when closing documents. That is by design, the memory is re-used by Photoshop and will continue until the maximum in Preferences which should normally be around 70% of available RAM. .
However on closure of Photoshop, the memory is released and here that happens within seconds of closure. I just tested in v25.11 and it looks normal.

However, I do see corruption of the mixer brush option bar window in 25.11. I would suggest raising this separately as a bug.
