P: PS 26.10 Firefly model 3 does not work

Hi there! After latest update I have a model 3 that doesn't work, but a model 1 is available and works, what could be the problem? Is there a way to disable the Firefly selection altogether?

"Adobe Firefly isn't available in Russia, Belarus, and China. In addition, Adobe services and products cannot be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics."

I mean that when I use generative fill in last version of PS , I can choose 1st of 3rd model of Firefly, and 3rd model does not work. Only 1st model works. 3rd gave me an error "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time."

Does this happen with just this image, or other images as well- such as a photo of the coutryside?

В чем проблема? Почему я не могу использовать полноценно функции фотошопа? Коллега оплатил недавно подписку на пакет, он тоже не может пользоваться генеративной заливкой! Какие-то проблемы на сервере? Хотя уная кисть на базе ИИ, работает великолепно!

помог откат до 25 версии. еще из вариантов: 1)откат файрфлай на предыдущую версии 2)работа через впн

@natalia_randle not sure if I understand your problem, can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface with all the pertinent panels opened to highlight the issue

Не работает генеративная заливка второй день, но баллы расходуются. Поддержка даже ничего не ответила. Но деньги платить каждый месяц им нужно!
