Bridge Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor not working

Aloha from Honolulu,

In Bridge, the Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor option no longer works.

If I select a number of photographs to resize, instead of opening the usual popup, selection only results in a generic Photoshop page.

Online discussion suggestions uninstalling both PS and B, then reinstalling B and PS in that order.

I have done this twice: no luck.

The Bridge > Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor option no longer activates.

Most frustrating: I rely heavily on this option.

I've found a workaround, but it's not elegant.
