High Pass Filter not being included in Merge Visible of All Layers

Hello, this is a recent issue I have been experiencing.

I usually top off my layers with a High Pass Filter.

During my final flattening stage of all the layers ('Merge Visible'), I noticed that the High Pass Filter is not being included.

Is this a common glitch?

I have not experienced such an issue. As someone requested, posting a screen capture of your Layers panel will help people resopnd.

I suspect another case of the Cache-issue that can affect the preview of the effects of Adjustment Layers, Layer Styles, Blend Modes, … at Zoom Levels smaller than 100%.

Apologies for not being able to post a screenshot. I have been sidetracked.

Thank you for this, and it makes sense.

Whenever I zoom into the flattened layer, the HPF is indeed embedded.

But at 100% zoom level (viewing the whole picture),

it seems as if the HPF top disappears when engaged.

Maybe just an optical illusion.

Again: Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible before and after flattening?
