It is also not proper, as it is someone else's privacy. If you have concerns about crime, consult law enforment authorities. Otherwise respect privacy. This forum will not help or discuss how to do such things.

        The image is a jpg, so there are no hidden pixels behind the visible pixels. 

        The information that has been erased is erased and cannot be restored based on this image.
