How strange

so you still have the issue despite reinstalling?

did you reset preferences? reintstalling doesn't do that

Resetting restores Photoshop's internal preferences which are saved when Photoshop closes. If they become corrupt then various issues can occur.

Heres some info on how to do that:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

You may want to backup your settings beforehand:

It may even be time to reinstall Photoshop.

Use the Adobe CC cleaner tool to remove all traces first.
Uninstall photoshop BUT make sure to choose the option “Yes, remove app preference”.

Once that process finishes, start the installation process and look into the “Advanced Options”. Uncheck “Import previous settings and preferences” and choose to “Remove old versions”.

next thing to try - a different display cable

next step may be to contact benQ support

I hope this helps

Hi there,

Welcome to the community!

As the images move to the center of the canvas when you drag it to the other screen, would you mind telling us which version of Photoshop you're working on?

Also, could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and see if that helps. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

Regards,
Sahil
