Is there a way to rotate a layer by number of degrees in PS CS5?

I'm trying to rotate a single layer by a specific amount. I know I can limit the rotation to 15 degree increments by holding down the shift key during a transform. But, is there a way to rotate the layer by say . . . 7 degrees or 23 degrees in PS CS5? Thanks!

Ctrl-t to free transform, or Edit > Transform > Free transform, then use the options bar at the top and type in an arbitrary rotation value in the appropriate field.

There are other ways, too, just to be complete:

    1.  You can choose Image - Image Rotation - Arbitrary...

    2.  (One of my favorites) Activate the Ruler Tool and draw a line you want to be horizontal or vertical, then click the [Straighten] button near the top of the Photoshop main window.  This one even crops off the remnants around the edges for you.

    You can even do combinations...

    3.  Activate the Ruler Tool and draw a line you want to be horizontal or vertical, then choose Image - Image Rotation - Arbitrary...  The degree value of the line you drew will be pre-filled in for you.
