Liquify brush doesn't change size with square brackets

I cant change size of liqufy brush with square brackets like i used to. I dont understand how to fix it. Please help!

What version of Photoshop are you using? Does the brush size change apart from when in the Liquify window?

In the Liquify window, press & hold the ALT (windows) or OPT (macOS)  to reveal the Reset button.

Thank you! I simply reinstalled the program in English version and the brush started working as before
