My "Export As" and "Quick Export As PNG" doesn't work.

Only recently after using photoshop for the first time in a while... When I go to "Export As", the menu continuously loads forever and I can't proceed with exporting. As for "Quick Export As PNG", the image successfully exports, but the file cannot be opened saying it's corrupted. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also resetting preferences and nothing has worked so far. I hope you all can help. Thanks
