No option for "Create Video Timeline"

I am using the latest update for Photoshop. I am doing an assignment for my class in motion graphics and do not have the option for video timeline, only Frame animation. I am using a Windows HP Omnibook.

Hey there, can you post a screenshot of where you're looking for the Video Timeline option?

I assume you have the timeline panel visible from Window > Timeline, and you've checked the dropdown arrow next to the Create Frame Animation button?

Alternatively, if you've already created a Frame Animation, you can also convert this to a Video Timeline from the panel menu dropdown:

The hardware you have should support it. If you're still having issues, copy the info from Help > System Info in Photoshop and post it here.
