Paid for photoshop but when I go onto adobe cloud, it's saying i don't own them!

I purchased photoshop on Adobe creative cloud, however, it's saying that I don't own them. Basically, when I go onto the cloud it's saying that i still have to "try" or "buy" photoshop and other apps I've already paid for, if I try to go through this process again, it says i already have subscribed to it. but it's not showing on the apps in my cloud. Essentially I'm paying for something I can't access! Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Stuart30482155v8ab, looking at your account it appears to be canceled as of 6/13.

Hi @Stuart30482155v8ab start by logging out of the Creative Cloud desktop app then log back in - making sure you are using the same email address you used to sign up. If you still have issues, while in the CCD, hold Opt+Cmd+R to reset the interface.
