Photography Plan - I can create designs (icons)? with Photoshop

Hello, I have acquired a Photography Plan to be able to use Photoshop, since I need to edit my photos.
However I also like to design icons or images so that people can use them in their softwares or blogs (I do not charge for them, but I make
money for advertising.) By this I mean designing something, for example a cartoon cupcake ... with The brush and some gradients and shadows.
I need to know if I'm right or I need to buy another plan, that is, this plan helps me a lot since I can easily edit my photos and I can buy it since
in my country the dollar is very expensive.

If your icons will be saved in PNG, JPG or PSD then Photoshop is the correct application for the job. You don't need to purchase a different CC plan. If and when your projects require vector, you should use Illustrator instead.

I don't know if we are talking about the same thing here, but this 'might' help

Re: Icons In Photoshop CC 2017

You can, but it depends on what the icons are used for.

Nowadays icons are often created and saved as scalable vector graphics (*.svg) for use on web sites and as vector files (for example: *.ai) for print. This is not possible in Photoshop, but in Illustrator.

The photography plan plus 1 single app subscription seems to be a little bit cheaper than the whole package. Or you can try the freeware Inkscape.

Oh, the icons or images (resources, buttons, decorations, wallpapers, backgrounds) will be saved in PNG, JPG or PSD, so there is no problem. I know it's not the best but I do it more for desktop customization, that's why I will not work with vectors. So is not there any problem with this plan creating resources, wallpapers, icons or patterns for me and people? . Thanks for your answer, Fenja.
