Photoshop 20.0 Broke the Opentype SVG Fonts

Since Photoshop 2017.0.1, Opentype SVG fonts have been supported, and been improved in later versions.  It seems the 20.0 version is a step backwards and makes the fonts glitchy and unusable.  Only certain characters appear when typed, and the processor stalls after a minute.  I am using the latest Mac Mojave OS.  I reinstalled Photoshop 19.1.6 which still works completely fine.  Is there a plan to address this bug quickly?

Hi!

I'm from Fontself and didn't notice that issue.

Do you have an example of what's not working? The best would be to share a .psd I guess ;-)

Also for a Photoshop issue the best location to submit it is Photoshop | Photoshop Family Customer Community

I recommend you to add an example and submit it there.

There are a few issues:

1.  Extremely sluggish performance

2.  Typically, the last letter typed will be missing the right half of the character.  Once the next letter is typed, it appears.

3.  I cant type more than a few characters until it crashes.

To clarify, these SVG fonts are image based, not vector like Trajan.

In regards to a .psd, it's not specific to one file.  I've reloaded Photoshop with a new file, and chosen different SVG fonts.  Usually I'll get 5 characters in before it crashes.

I'll post in the other forum too.  Thanks for suggestion.
