photoshop, and xp-pen display artist pro do not match correctly

Hello Good morning, I have a problem with photoshop.
it does not work properly with my tablet display xp-pen 15.6 artist pro.
the program is locked, I have to minimize the program and it works again until I press a key such as alt, to activate the dropper or subtract in the selection tool.
The brush is slow and locks when you press the second button on the pencil.

my computer is an hp, window 10, intel core i7-8 gen
16 gb of ram
amd radeon and disk of 1 tera ssd.
photoshop does not work smoothly, just with this tablet. but the display tablet works correctly, in corel, painter, sai, krita, blender, etc.
I only have problems with photoshop.
but my wacon intussus tablet works correctly. But it is not display.
This error started instantly. I need a solution since I use PS to work and pay every month for the product to work. I need to know what happened. From already thank you very much. Cheers

This is a Photoshop User forum not Adobe support most here do not work for Adobe.  Have you searched for others having problem with xp-pen 15.6 artist pro and version of Photoshop and which version of Photoshop the have problems with.  You are most likely not the first person that has problems with xp-pen 15.6 artist pro and Photoshop. xp-pen 15.6 artist pro problem with Photoshop
