Photoshop not compatible with new Mac.
I just bought anew iMac which is running OS Big Sur 11.6. My Photoshop no longer opens. Customer service told me to come here for help. Is there an updated version available for download?

I've been subscribing yearly since 2017. Assumed I was receiving the latest versions. I can't find a way to upgrade to a more current version.
You have an active subscription, so go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com and download the latest version of Creative Cloud and install Photoshop 2021. Sould be good to go after that.
