Photoshop not printing correct colours with Epson TM C3500 Colorworks label printer

Hi all,

wondering why photoshop is not able to communicate with My Epson Colourworks TM C3500 when it comes to printing the correct colours Ive designed for My labels, Ive attempted absolute, relative, perspetual, etc and every which way to print, whether the printer selects the colours, or Photoshop selects the colours. For example. I have a purple-ish pink colour thats part of my logo and label design and it always comes out red or orange?  Ive talked to Epson and they tell Me its the software not calibrating or communicating with the printer.   Please advise?
