Photoshop zoom tool have weird delay and sticks into the edge of the canvas.

In new photoshop cc version zoom tool is bugging. It have some sort of delay and is strangely sticking to the edge of the canvas. Please help 😞

    Im dealing with the same problem. Cintiq is the 21UX DTZ-2100D though

    Can you give the steps to repro? I recall a bug that was Windows-related with graphics tablets. Does this apply to you?

    I have a graphic tablet. When I want to zoom, it needs a while to start zooming (I need to hold my cursor in the place for 1s) and when I want to zoom-in a little more it jumps to the edges of my canvas.
