What happened to my crop tool?

Recent update now no crop tool in left tool bar. Also cannot get crop tool to work in image section as it is grayed out. Before I could load a picture and hit the left crop tool icon in the vertical tool bar and it all worked perfectly but now I cannot even crop.

    A number of people had similar issues after the customizable toolbar became available.  Going to Edit Toolbar and Restore Defaults usually fixes it.  Try that and get back to us.

    Thanks, tried that and still no crop tool in left vertical tool bar and also grayed out in image section.

    I tried that as well, and it didn't work. I need the crop tool!
