When I export, it exports the wrong dimensions and exports parts that are not visible when editing.

As you can see in the photo I attached, the file size should be a 1:4 ratio. However when I export it, it changes the dimensions of the file. I've been working with photoshop for several months and this has never happened to me before.

    I am thinking there is a pixel or larger of data that is outside the view probably outside the canvas. When exporting all layers, the image for a png would expand to incorporate it since png does not support multiple layers or hidden canvas.
    I recommend that you select all the layers you want exported, create a composite layer on top (ctrl-alt-shift-e on windows or cmd-opt-shift-e on mac) hide the other layers then export just the composite.
