P: Bring back "Shake Reduction" filter - Removed in Photoshop v.23.3.0

Änderungen am Programm ohne die User zu fragen - "Verwacklung reduzieren" in PS v.23.3.0 entfallen?

Mittlerweile ist man es als User gewohnt, dass Adobe Änderungen an Photoshop und Co. vornimmt.

Erst der "Fehler" seit Anfang Februar, dass die Ebenen bei der Nutzung von Color Lookup´s schwarz sind und somit nicht nutzbar (das Problem habe ich nach zwei Monaten endlich selbst gelöst) und nun fehlt schlicht und einfach wieder ein Scharfzeichnungsfilter, den viele wahrscheinlich nicht häufg nutzen, ich jedoch als finales Schärfen, diesen "Verwacklung reduzieren" mit Vorliebe eingesetzt habe.

Heute am Rechner, Bilder vom Ostersonntagmorgen mit Monduntergang, sitze hier, bearbeite und ... bin überrascht, dass ich meinen Filter nicht mehr finde.

Falls dieser doch noch irgendwo sein sollte, mal wieder irgendwo ganz hinten drin versteckt, bin ich dankbar für jeden Tipp.

It's gone. It isn't coming back in that form. Maybe something much better based on AI? Until then, these are your options:

Rollback. 

Stop subscribing (throw the baby out with the bath water). 

Work with the current version and all the lovely new features you're paying for to develop.

what new features? they should make it customizable to remove. i have to scroll up and down on every photo now. not only does it hang in PS, but i who asked them to automate RAW?  save it for the jpgs

Disappearing of "Shake Reduction" filter (removed in Photoshop v.23.3.0) was disappointing for most of users!!!

I still can't find it in new version!

We want it back, as we had paiyed for developing it, we are paying still and it is missing!

If it doesn't work on one only Mac CPU you can't still it from the other users!

@TheDigitalDog why do you care so much that other users are pissed Adobe removed a feature that worked perfectly fine 90+% of all systems?  The only systems Shake Reduction didn't work on were Macs running Apple silicon.  For all other users on Intel based systems, it worked perfectly fine, even on Intel based Macs.  It even worked perfectly fine for a release or two after it was offically removed, until they blocked that hack.  

The feature was removed to appease Apple because you can't have a feature that works perfectly fine on an "underpowered" Intel based system, but won't run at all on any fancy new, magical M processor.  It's not too difficult to connect the dots and come to this conclusion.

If they are working on an even better shake reduction filter, great!  Release it already.  But there's no reason to remove the old version until the new one is released and it works at least as well.  There are plenty of legacy features in photoshop that are purely redundent with newer, better methods.

And again I go back to, why do you care so much if people are pissed about this?  If you don't like hearing us complain, you can uncheck that little blue box down to the left.

none of these are useful for regular photo editors. contrast, levels, noise reduction, color correction. that's what we use!

I found a great alternative!  Was trying to fix some motion blure on a portrait. 

1) The new photoshoh Neural filters (still in beta).  Go to Filters>Neural Filters>Photo Restoration.  Then scale the bar of 'face enhance' to the level of enhancment you want.  This worked bettter for me then Topaz or other ai online, AND full size image remains with no watermark. It made everythign quite smooth though, so I found adding in a reguler 'Smart sharpen gausian' with noise all the way down worked quite well to add back some detail.  Might add some 'noise' too just to make it look a bit more crisp and authentic. 

2) Alternative go to Filter>Smart Sharpen - then in the dropdown menu at the bottom you can still select 'motion blur' and choose the degree/angle you need to fix.  I found this didnt work that great but maybe someone else has better luck.

Thank you for your sysinfo @Flx31405573v2cw I think we are missing something in the translation... you list Smart Sharpen but also Image Stabilizer... could you share a video of your workflow, open a file and show your entire screen so we can see what/where you are clicking.

You also are not on the latest Ps beta, it should be: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230727.m.2257 47ac892 x64

Another thing: Memoria usada por Photoshop: 100 %, this should not be set over 70%, this is what is suggested.

Claro que no es la última versión de Ps porque en la última versión de Ps esa herramienta no aparece. 

Esta es la herramienta que no encuentro en el Photoshop actual.

Me confundí yo con lo del 'Smart Sharpen', lo siento.

First of all, this the Photoshop beta channel and you are using Photoshop release version... so we will move this to the Ps channel.

Next, you are right, Camera Shake Reduction was changed and is not available in the recent release of Ps or Ps beta. It is not planed to return to that functionality moving forward.
