Use Neural Filters on video clips?

Hello,

I LOVE the Depth Blur neural filter - it is truly incredible. But it would be even more incredible if either:
(a) it could be used on video clips within Photoshop

or

(b) it was converted to be an After Effects filter

Any possibility of either of those happening? Please? 😁

@hellopaul4 If you import your video as a smart object, put it on a video timeline, apply effect
