Can't clear suggested name. (PSE Organizer 2018)

With facial recognition enabled PSE will often suggest a name "Is this Jim Smith?" followed by a check mark and an X.  I am having an issue where every now and then when I click the X the name is immediately removed and I can enter the correct name.  Unfortunately this process usually takes many seconds to a few of minutes and sometimes never clears the incorrect name.  I am forced to click the check mark accepting the wrong name then go back and change it.  This wouldn't be a big deal if the suggestion correct every now and then.  So my question is: Is there a way to leave facial recognition enables but never offer a suggestion as to who's face was discovered.  Obviously I would be fine if it would actually identify the faces correctly but it doesn't and I am OK with that.  I would also be OK if I could click the X and have the suggested name removed.  I am not OK with having to wait minutes for PSE to finally accept I disagree with it's suggestion and allow me to enter the correct name.
