Hello! I need help figuring out how to make a picture of a house that I have look like the off-white textured house in the picture. how do I get it that color and how to add texture similar to the design on the hill in the photo? Thank you!

I would suggest using texture overlays. There are some installed presets but you can also find them free to download in some places or you can purchase them in sets pretty cheaply. Just copy and paste your texture image onto the image of your house and change blend mode to screen, it will remove background from your texture and create an overlay. You can then use the free transform handles to resize it however you please.  As for the color, play around with the effects and filters. That looks like it may be a photo negative image, there are a few similar presets that will give you the effect.
