Elements 2023 install problem

I just reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch. Then, after installing Office365 and a few useful apps, I tried to install Photoshop Elements 2023 that I purchased on Oct. 9th, 2023. and have been using since. 
PhotoshopElements_2023_LS30_win64.exe was downloaded from my Adobe account and I tried to install it. First en error: MSVCR120.dll cannot be found, then Error Code: 183. 
WOW thanks! What to do!?

Download and install the Microsoft C++ Redistributable packages for Video Studio 2013.

I recommend that you install both the X86 and X64 versions.

LOTS of programs still use that redistributable from 2013 simply because it works.   Yes, there are newer versions but programs will let you when you need to install them. 

I just checked my computer:   1,522 c++ files-- they are the type of thing you simply don't mess with.
