just purchased photoshop elements 2025. It doesn't find my 2021 catalogs so I can convert them

I just purchased Photoshop + Premiere Elements 2025... I have the 2021 version running just fine.  I want to use my 2021 catalogs in 2025, but they don't show up when I press "convert".. how I have 5 catalogs that include over 100,000 photos... how do I get them into 2025??
