      NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  A THOUSAND TIMES NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  DO NOT ASSUME IT WAS RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THAT ANSWER CAME BY ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!       Please do not shout (capitals)  - we are volunteers on this forum and will try and help you.

      First - can you confirm your Photoshop version - you say 15 in the title is that Elements? If it is, I will move your post to the Photoshop Elements forum.

      Second - Can you confirm the exact steps you are taking to make your print and what exactly you are getting (screenshots always help in an explanation)

      I have been printing from Photoshop for years now, so I know how to do it, and this has never happened before!  When I tell the printer how many inches up or down I want, and how I want it centered, the photo now just disappears into the blue lines (photo box).  What could be causing this??????????????????????????
