Hi everyone,
I use Photoshop Elements 15. I recently bought a Sony RX10IV camera. As usual, I took my photos in raw format. When time came to import the photos in PE 15, I got an error message telling me that the program was unable to process the photos. I tried with jpeg photos taken with my RX10IV, and they were processed without any problem. Would it be that I need to update my PE 15 so that it can process my raw files? If yes, how can I do that?
Many thanks in advance!
Serge

That independent software, not a plugin, can batch convert a whole folder of your raw files to the DNG raw file that your PSE15 can read and edit. An additional batch step, but free and with the same raw quality.
