When I try to sign into photoshop express on ios using my adobe ID I get the following message: "An error occurred while logging in. Please try again after some time". I have been getting the same message for days. I have the most up to date version of adobe express. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and I tried deleting the app, restarting my iphone, and reinstalling the app. Neither of these worked. I have no problems with Creative Cloud or Lightroom.  Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same issue and I've tried finding a solution without any success though.

Cheers.

Hi guys,

For anyone interested, I found a solution to my problem.

The error popped up everytime I tried signing in with a Gmail address. I tried signing in with Facebook, and it worked! Since I didn't want to keep signing in with Facebook, I logged out and then I was able to log in again but with the Gmail address.

My guess is the cache memory of the app cannot be deleted in iOS as easily as in Android, which must be why I was able to find workarounds for Android but not for iOS.

Anyway, I would suggest for anyone else to make sure they haven't signed in through the usual account or to make sure to sign out in any session that may be open in the affected device or any other device.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
