The file menu bar color doesn't match to dark mode still, even in the beta?

There has to be a way to make the file menu bar and subsequent menus match the dark mode appearance theme. It looks so asburd in Windows 98 grey. Even the Beta doesn't have the option? Please tell me I'm just missing it?
