Why am I not able to seamlessly "Insert" or "," my selection of text or speech?

Hi Kevin, one aspect of the software that is not working: When I attempt to select part of of Speaker 2's speech, the software grabs part of Speaker 1's (intro to interview) speech. I have attached actual names to identify and differentiate between the two speakers. Why am I not able to seamlessly "Insert" or "," my selection of text or speech, as it were?
