Hello, I have Premiere Pro on my PC, but when I launch it, I get the first screen with the woman with pink hair, and then nothing happens. The software stays open in the taskbar, but when I click on it, nothing happens. Thank you in advance for your help 😁

Hi Jonathan,
Sorry to hear you're having that problem.  Can you give me more info about youre computer specs and which version of Premiere you are using.

Also, are you able to see the Premiere menu bar at the top when it opens?

Hi, thanks for your reply 😁

My computer is running Windows 11 with an Intel Core i7 12th generation and an RTX 4070, and I'm using the latest version of Premiere. I tried with an older version, but the problem persists. No, I don't see the toolbar. When I open the software, it loads, and then I can't open the window. When I preview it in the taskbar, the software is completely gray.

Hello @jonathan_guinet1196,

I read your message. Please contact us here. Once connected to a live agent, ask for the "video queue." These people are trained specifically in troubleshooting Premiere Pro. They are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (PST).

Let us know what happens. I apologize on behalf of Adobe for the frustration and inconvenience.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Jonathan! It sounds like you're experiencing a startup issue with Premiere Pro. Here are a few steps you can try:

1. **Update Premiere Pro**: Ensure you have the latest version.
2. **Reset Preferences**: Hold `Alt` while launching to reset preferences.
3. **Check for Conflicting Software**: Some background programs can interfere—try closing them.
4. **Reinstall**: If all else fails, a fresh install might help.
