Frame Rate Issue at Ingest Settings

Greetings. When I select - Project Settings - Ingest Settings - Action: Transcode - Preset: XDCAM HD - The generated file has the original FRAME RATE modified from 29.97 to 25.

In the window itself there is a Comment: "Frame Size, Frame Rate, Field Order, Pixel Aspect, and other values are set automatically, based on properties of the source."

The source has a Frame Rate of 29.97...

I'm on Adobe Premiere Pro v 24.3.0 (Build 59) but this problem already existed in other versions.
