problem with transitions

When using Transitions in Premiere, such as Cross Dissolve, I now often get 1 black frame at the end of the transition. I keep getting error messages when rendering the movie. It doesn't matter whether I use Apply Default Transition with a right click of the mouse or via Sequence - Apply Video Transition. Is this a bug in version 24.2.1 or is there something else going on?

Hello Christian,
I have been experimenting to find out what could be wrong. I think I have found it, I hope. With the clip in question I got a warning that the path could not be found. In addition, I have rendering problems in some places due to an effect. Even if I replace the clip without effects or cut the movie and move the last part, so there is nothing in the indicated place, no image and sound, Premiere stubbornly keeps indicating a foot. I don't understand why, because I can't find anything.
