When I try to open the tutorial portion on Premiere, its telling me the scratch disk is unavailable. I have reinstalled Premiere several times and I'm definitely connected to the internet. Is there a problem?

Hi Nxendio,
Sorry for the problem. Can you provide more details for the developers?
Use the template below to provide us with information:
Optional but helpful: upload media and (or) project files, screenshots, or screen recordings demonstrating the issue.
Thanks.

Hi Nxendio,
We have yet to hear back from you with more info. Are you still having this issue? If so, can you verify the version of Premiere Pro you're running? Can you tell us about your computer and the OS?
Thanks,
Kevin

I am having the same issue. I also get a "scratch disk error". I was at an Adobe workshop with an Adobe trainer. After the workshop, I asked him about it and he tried to pull them up on his laptop and he received the same errors. He said he would find out what the issue was and let me when it would be fixed. That was over a week ago and I have not received a response. I emailed two other Adobe employees today. Hopefully, they will reply or someone will see this thread and help find a solution.

I am getting these issues too, the scratch disk is set to the Documents folder now thinking the external drive was an issue. In-app tutorials not working are annoying

I'm having the same issue. I'm on PP v22.5.0, MacOS 22.4
The tutorials show up just fine on PP v22.0

(I just spent 2 hours on the phone 2 different agents on Adobe tech support, they had no idea how to fix this, and had me several nonsensical "troubleshooting" steps.
Does anyone know how to get knowledgable tech support at Adobe?

Hi all, Can someone please tell me how you're getting to the Learn Panel?
It's a hard thing to debug, and usually happens when an asset link is broken, but I just checked and all assets are live.
Please let me know and I'll try to help

Here is my error message. If you click refresh, it just says the same thing even though my internet is working fine.

Happy Saturday, Jeremy!
Are you using a version that an enterprise or educational representative installed? Let the team know.
Thanks,
Kevin

My device is macbook pro 2021 16' with M1 pro chip inside, system version is ventura 13.0.1
Premiere pro is the latest version: 23.1
